I, the participant, acknowledge that Organic Endevors LLC provides voluntary wellness monitoring via wristband sensors. I understand that no medical advice is given, and the data (heart rate, anomalies) is processed locally on an air‑gapped system. I agree that:

• I assume all risks associated with physical activities (horseshoes, darts, etc.).
• Biometric data is not stored beyond my session and is never sold or transmitted off‑premises.
• The Commander and staff are not liable for any pre‑existing conditions or adverse events.
• I will not attempt to reverse‑engineer or interfere with the monitoring system.
• I respect the red and black flag as a symbol of cognitive liberty.
